Any cancellation within 7 days of registration will be entitled to a full refund. After 7 days, the full price is due and no refund can be provided. Exito reserves the right to make alterations to the venue, dates, program, speakers and participants of the Event and shall communicate such changes to all the registered participants in the shortest possible timeframe. Such modifications shall not be considered as a cancellation and shall not entitle any participant to any refund. In case of cancellation of the event, a credit note to the full extent of the payment made will be provided which will be valid until the next edition of the event or 1 year from payment, whichever earlier. Exito cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from or cost incurred by the participants, they may directly or indirectly bear due to such cancellation, postponement or relocation. Exito reserves the right to decline your registration without reason. As a participant you agree to undertake all activities organized by Exito including all appointment sessions, networking activities, evening functions and lunches at the event. Exito is granted the right to use, for promotional purposes, any material recorded during the event, whether in photographic, audio or audiovisual format, without time limitation and in any format. The attendees hereby give up any privacy right they might have due to their presence at the event. Exito Media Concepts reserves the right to participation at the conference. If the registered participant does not fulfil the delegate profile or is a vendor/seller profile, the registration will be cancelled at the discretion of the organizer.
