We are excited about the long awaited EWPC Dubai on the March 1st & 2nd, 2022 and we are leaving no stone
unturned to make this edition the most productive, engaging and successful initiative for you and your
business, this year.
Alongside, we are just as committed to the health and safety of all the attendees at the conference and we
are in constant discussion with the host partners, event planners and the organizing team to work towards
making the event comfortably safe for your attendance.
These are some of the measures you'll see different in this edition for your safety.
- Limited attendance and seating capacity to allow for social distancing at the event
- Staggering arrivals and departures timings, numbering entries, designating seats/places and marking the
floor to ensure physical distancing between people of at least one meter
- Multiple entrances and exits to discourage crowding
- Multiple registration & help desks to eliminate crowding and long queues
- Prioritized outdoor venues for comfort spacing and optimal social distancing
- Frequent sanitization of venues pre and post every event
- Comfort signaling bands for attendees to indicate their comfort level to networking and proximity
- Round-the-clock availability of assistance and occupational health experts, to help address any specific
requests if needed
- Comprehensive COVID-19 guidance in place at venue, to protect against transmission of the virus
(including thermal scanning, implementing hand sanitizer stations and frequent and cleaning of
high-contact areas and surfaces)
- Identified escalation process in case there is a suspected or confirmed case among our attendees or
staff
- Special quarantine zone earmarked at the venues in case any of the attendees develop any/some symptoms
- COVID-Negative Certificate post RT-PCR test is required to be shared by all attendees attending the
conference
- Contactless meeting measures to ensure comfortable and safe meetings
Further, we are staying up to date on all travel guidelines, considerations and restrictions from global and
local authorities. We’ll be reporting any major transportation or travel announcements that impact the event
on the website and on our blog.

terms of WEC itself and accommodations.
